Acceptance

By using DataCraves, you agree to these terms. DataCraves is provided "as is" during beta.

Use of service

You agree to use DataCraves only on data you are authorised to process and in compliance with applicable laws.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Data ownership

You own your data. DataCraves processes it solely to provide the service and never trains shared models on your data.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataCraves' total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are notified by email or in-app at least 14 days in advance.
