What we collect

Account info (name, email, company), warehouse connection metadata, agent activity logs, and the insights agents generate against your data.

How we use it

To operate the service, generate insights for your team, send product updates you opt in to, and keep the platform secure.

Where it lives

Customer data is stored in Microsoft Azure regions you select. Read-only warehouse credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit. We never train pooled models across customers.

Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the service (cloud hosting, error monitoring, billing). A current sub-processor list is available on request.

Your rights

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@justaskstuff.com.
